Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

I have been using email marketing platforms for years, specifically one named after a chimpanzee, in case other brands cannot be mentioned... This time, I wanted to try another platform for one of my brands and came across Brevo while browsing the internet. Honestly, the platform seems much more agile and intuitive. Additionally, they offer other services beyond email marketing that are amazing. In terms of value for money, it seems very reasonable and competitive. The only thing I miss is an app to track campaigns from my mobile.Another aspect I would like to highlight is the support service. They respond in less than 24 hours and provide detailed information to help you.Honestly, I am delighted with Brevo's email marketing performance. I will soon migrate my database from the other provider to Brevo. Congratulations, guys!

  • Thanks to the report it offers, I could track the people who clicked on the emails, and I achieved a 34% increase in sales thanks to the email campaign.
Even if you don't have prior knowledge of using this type of platform, you can create an email marketing campaign in just a few minutes. Another platform I use (the chimpanzee one) doesn't seem as intuitive or agile to me. It offers many templates that you can edit, and they are very easy to manage.
I have been using Mailchimp for many years, and honestly, it works well but I wanted to switch to see other options out of curiosity. Brevo seems much faster and more intuitive to me. What I value most about Brevo is the support service. I had a question, and they resolved it via email very quickly and with detailed information. This would be unthinkable with Mailchimp. The price is very reasonable and competitive in the market.

Honestly, the back office seems very easy to understand and use, even for people who are not familiar with this type of software.I also love that Brevo is integrated with many platforms, such as WooCommerce and WordPress. I use Holded as a CRM and I haven't seen an option to integrate it directly with Brevo yet, although I imagine it can be done through Zapier. I can't comment on that because I haven't tried it yet. Otherwise, I don't see any flaws in the platform.

Using Brevo

1 - I personally use the Brevo app to communicate our company news to our customers and offer them products and services. I am also in charge of attracting new customers and building customer loyalty through email marketing campaigns and social networks. Email marketing is what has brought me the most value with clients.
