Overall Satisfaction

Our marketing demand gen department uses Brightedge to maintain a competitive advantage among our target market. Though I use many of the different formulas, graphs, and layouts that Brightedge offers, I find it's more useful tool is for pulling key words straight from my sites and monitoring those keywords in great detail. It's a very useful tool that I use daily when making social media posts on behalf of my company.

  • Increased followers by helping post relavent topics

I don't really think there is anything exactly like Brightedge that I have tried. Though I have tried a number social media tools, and social monitoring tools, none does exactly what Brightedge does, the way it does it. I feel this is true for a number of social tool across the market, none of the them are exactly what I want for everything but they each fulfill certain functions.
The choice isn't up to me, also I like to tool and see no reason to change it.
I think it can be used in a wide variety of situations. It works well for 1. Social Media 2. PR 3. Sales 4. Ops 5. Web. I think it works especially well for a b2b business but I could see it working just as well for B2C. When buying this product really ask yourself what you main goal is when using a product like this, test it out and see if get enough out of it.
