Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

Fantastic company, the payroll is so easy to use, the contracts are absolutely invaluable to keeping everything legal and above board. Wouldn't be without it, it really takes any stress away and they're always a phone call away. Have had to ring up a few times now for extra help with things and they've always helped me with no issues at all. Would recommend all day long.

  • if you have staff on the 12.07% holiday there doesn't seem to be a way to calculate this through them.

It's so easy to use any any areas you struggle with they are only too happy to help talk you through it.

helped me when I couldnt work out how to upload to nest pension, they spent a long time with me, going over all of it to make sure i fully understood the issue I was having.
