Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

We use BrightHR as our primary HRIS.
It collates data, holds records, allows staff and line managers visibility and transparency across a multi site and multi disciplined work place.

Pros

  • Transparency

  • Clean and Easy user interface

Cons

  • If it linked in with other hr platforms such as 15Five
  • If it did weekly checkins
  • This system has saved our hr team and line managers around 50% of their admin time.
  • The clarity and transparency for employees and line managers helps create a better employee voice and productive work environment.
It has a clear and easy to use interface.

We are a relatively small organisation (60 staff) and have used Bright since we were at around 30 staff. It has grown with us and i think will continue to grow with us.

The mobile app is very helpful as it works for all staff no mater their role.
