Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
We use this for all of our HR needs (apart from payroll). Since starting with the system it has saved us so much time and is so good to have all of our HR things in one place.
I personally as the main user of the system love the reminders and prompters it gives me and also the fact that all of our documentation is right at our fingertips.
Makes life easier being electronic so that I can gain access when required from wherever I am.

Pros
- Documentation holding
- Rota Information
- All in one place
- Very user friendly even for our less IT confident staff
Cons
- Would be good if you could set who gets reminders for things rather than all 'admins' as this can be annoying for people that are admin but don't need that information
- Like above setting who receives alerts when overtime is logged etc as can be frustrating for those that dont need the information
- I would love to be able to put some text in to the email that is sent to users when they are sent documents marked for a read and acceptance receipt, rather than it just going 'blindly' as we tend to send an email to the recipient to let them know that it is coming etc
- Definite money saver as it saves me so much time as the Personnel Manager to have everything in one place
- Same goes for Rota creation for the House Manager, she says it saves her hours a month
This is my first experience of such a system and one I would recommend to any employer that does not already use it
