Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
Attendance management, contract/employment info, elearning, org chart, give praise, have trialled the new performance functionality, sending notifications, and use the document library,

- Adding sickness categories (e.g. underlying medical condition v/s cold/flu/sickness and more analysis of sickness absence trends/analysis to aid, returns to work, MI etc.
- Would like to be able to view the whole of the org chart for saving as a pdf or printing off
- Being able to select teams, individuals to send notifications to
- Removes administration costs for employee management
- Strengthened our documentation and associated employment law compliance
- Improved access to low cost L&D elearning
Bright HR is much more interface friendly and easier to use. However, the sickness analysis EWAssist provided was very good, such as what days sickness occurs, overlayed with previous years, how many days, by person or team, most common absence type, useful for performance management at the click of the button, without having to manually crunch the information.
