Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
We joined BrightHR initially to help automate the process of calculating annual leave for our team. Having a platform to go that is modern and sleek has been helpful for storing team members details etc. I think for an organisation where each employee works the same hours any given day, Bright HR works great. With our industry, that changes so it can still be a bit of a manual input.
Pros
- Sleek and simple design
- Good help on the phone
- Good resources to help with HR Documents
Cons
- I am told by team members the mobile view of annual leave is confusing.
- Perhaps an option to add years of service annual leave days so that each year, if someone reaches a milestone Bright HR adds this in.
- E learning courses acknowledging that someone has completed a course without them having to download a certificate or click a button to complete.
- We've had Bright HR less than a year so still getting use to it.
- It has moved us on from an Excel sheet for annual leave.
