Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine regularly to sense check and to use their templates. The policy templates have been beneficial with the changes in employment law. Brightmine checked in with us recently to see if we needed any support accessing the site for hints, tips, and tricks, which was really helpful and appreciated.

- Easier user access in the search bar as it can be scrolling for a while to pinpoint what is needed.
- Saved time on researching.
A lot more comfortable with our compliance as taking less time to get to best practice.
I am an HR assistant, which has massively decreased my research time.
Different continents are available for more cost, which we will need as business grows.
