Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine as a reliable resource for current employment law and for checking our understanding and knowledge of specific HR areas. We find the process flow charts very useful for checking that our processes are correct and including them in management training. The resources on the Brightmine site are invaluable.

- I can generally find what I am looking for; the site is easy to navigate, so I don't have any feedback on improvements.
- Reduces the time that could be wasted searching the internet for accurate information.
- One stop shop for all things HR.
We have always been very good at providing accurate employment law advice, and this is partly due to our subscription to Brightmine.

Evaluating Brightmine and Competitors
- Ease of Use
The website design was easy to navigate.
Before making our selection, we had sufficient info/demos, so I don't think we would do anything differently.
Brightmine Implementation
Change management was minimal - I don't believe I learned anything regarding change management, as it went very smoothly.

Not sure.
If an overview of the system counts as support, then yes—the session was interactive and fun, and there was time for us to ask questions. The Brightmine representative was very knowledgeable—we learned a lot!
