We use this as our platform for templates and updates for the HR team. It's convenient when something outside of standard practices comes up. Most templates that I need can be found and are easily adaptable to the situation we need to use them for. I also find the benchmarking on sickness and turnover necessary when comparing ourselves to others.

We haven't used the platform for compliance.

There are news articles and updates available. I tend to find that you can find a lot of information all in one place, whereas, without the platform, we would be researching on multiple websites. It has come in handy to add in some last-minute benchmarking or practices. When I had new team members access it, they found it very useful.
