Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine to catch up on HR related regulations/laws that were passed. I also use Brightmine to assist me in creating and updating handbooks. Brightmine's templates are solid and complete and make life easier for all of us users.

Pros

  • Mitigated risk by well created templates and updates.
We use HR & Compliance Center and Automated Handbook Management.
It makes ensuring risk mitigation very quick and easy.
The few times I used the customer success experts I had a very good experience. the experts are just that - very knowledgeable and friendly.
Westlaw does not compare to the HR and handbook expertise of Brightmine. I rarely check Westlaw for those topics.

I would imagine the company I work for did not purchase premium support since we usually have to wait at least 24 hours.
When I started with Koch Companies, I was amazed at how quickly I was provided a log in. I was also very impressed by the follow-up after to ensure I was successfully in Brightmine.

Using Brightmine

Brightmine is pretty intuitive. I would suggest fixing the alert page. My alerts never show up on that page.
