- Clear breakdown on HR processes by category
- Regular catch ups with our account manager
Cons
- Possibly a chatbot where you can add your query and it takes you directly to that section without having to look for it.
- This has saved time in doing research
- Prevented legislative implications as Brightmine assures compliance
- Less HR expenditure as Brightmine covers all the locations we operate in.

Absolutely brilliant, they advise on new features and help us understand existing features that could support with scenarios we may be facing.
