Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
[Bronto is being used] To send email newsletters to our listeners.
- It's reliable, I've never had an issue. They keep the platform bug free and updated.
- It's pretty intuitive for the most part.
- Training. Help users be successful without charging them an arm and a leg. It's too damn expensive.
- There are TOO many dropdowns/menus. Consolidate it to be more simple.
- The design templates kinda suck and seem to be stuck as the same from 10 years ago.
- We definitely see results when we send out emails. More page visits, contest entries, etc.
- Hopefully, we're also getting people to listen through email. It's hard to measure.

Bronto was chosen for me by corporate. So I haven't had the opportunity to use other platforms. I have played around in MailChimp and it seems a little more user-friendly.
