It is being used by a department. It helps us test on devices and operations systems that we do not have access to.

I think it is fairly similar to Sauce Labs. I use both.
It is good for hooking up automation suites and testing on devices and operating systems that you do not have access to. I think the more it simulates the real experience the better. For example, I still think it is easier to use a physical device than to use browserstack.
