We did a benchmark to compare multiple criterias: Security, reliability, Sound, Variety of devices, availability of devices, how long before new released devices are made available, easy to use, extra features, customer support, company reference, integration with our tools. BrowserStack got the highest score and the overall price was also cheaper than their competitors.
Buy a subscription and you will be addicted to it. Just loved the features and the ease of use!

The ease of BrowserStack usage is very good compared to other tools like LambdaTest. For each application or use case BrowserStack has solutions. What I think is when It comes to integrations with test automation frameworks BrowserStack can be improved and it needs to improve. Juse because of challenges faced in integrating it with test automation frameworks testers are avoiding it for automation.

UI of the BrowserStack is little bit better that other market competitors, and also it is little bit faster that other tools which are available in the market.

accessiBe is an accessibility only tool that cannot replicate browsers or devices. LambdaTest is comparable, however, after assessing the feature set, ultimately we decided BrowserStack was a better fit for our business. LambdaTest does have features that will meet most business needs, however, ours in particular were outside of their capabilities.

I'm putting Applitools because I can only speak of competitors of products that BrowserStack offers.
Applitools is fine. I feel they have comparable features. I do like Percy's/BrowserStack's 5000 trial limit. I'm more likely to recommend Percy over Applitools because at any time I can try Percy both at my company and personally. Applitools I think my trial is long over.

Price looks little high for browserstack , they need to introduce more flexible plans to stack their customers, support team must be more quick, sometimes they take more than 2-3 days to resolve the issue. other tools are available in less cost with same features. so later on my organization decided to switch on to LambdaTest.
