Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
For us, BrowserStack helps us to QA A/B tests on various real devices (both new & old) in order to make sure the experiments we're running aren't buggy and harming the experience. BrowserStack also gives us the ability to run full QAs of client websites to identify bugs and low hanging fruit.
- Test websites & experiments without needing lots of devices / browsers / operating systems
- Tests on REAL devices, rather than just simulated
- A few times we've seen bugs that we've not been able to replicate with that actual device, but this has been quite rare
- Ability to test on real devices without having to own them or without having to get up!
- By checking for bugs & fixing any bugs that occur, clients' sites can make more money, and experiments can be less buggy.
