Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use the App Live product to assist in compatibility testing across a wide range of devices. Since we are remote first, our distribution of staff makes managing a large library of physical devices impractical, and the solution offered by BrowserStack enables us to test a broad range of devices and operating systems with ease and efficiency. We have aspirations to make use of other features offered by BrowserStack.

While I was not at the company prior to them utilizing Browserstack, it would have been difficult to effectively manage distributing and maintaining an extensive library of physical devices, with all of the overhead that entails when dealing with a widespread workforce. Personally speaking, I like to keep as few devices on hand as possible, and Browserstack lets me do that.

I can simply reiterate my previous answer of allowing us to effectively provision an array of devices and operating systems, with no maintenance, delivery, or asset management overhead, to our distributed staff. It has saved time and effort on many projects, and our staff enjoy using its features and UI.
