Calendly is being used by our entire organization to cut back on the ping pong of meetings. We use it to save time when booking intro meetings with prospects, meetings with current customers and as well as for interviews. The business problem it solves is the frequency of [answering the question] "when are you available?".

- Clean UI for booking meetings.
- Sending out Reminder alerts 1 day before.
- The ability to send just a one day link. When you send a one day link it oftentimes goes back to the full week.
- Saved time spent finding availability windows.
