Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it in the Sales Development team and Marketing team to speed up and simplify the booking of prospect calls with leads.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The free version is perfectly good for an individual.
It’s easy to set up and most importantly easy for anyone to book time in your diary.
It has cool features like adding meeting buffers so you don’t get back to back meetings booked.
It’s not too branded meaning it’s not too confusing for prospects

Cons

It would be nice if there were team booking features in the free version.
It would be nice to be able to add your branding for free

Return on Investment

We saw an increase in discovery calls booked
It’s eaiser for my team to book meetings saving them time.

Alternatives Considered

Could not find a suitable replacement or competitor.

Other Software Used

SalesLoft, InsightSquared, Salesforce App Cloud

It’s great for prospecting emails. So rather than having to back and forth with prospects to arrange a time to talk they can just book a time that works well for them while they are interested. It is less suited for particular prospects. I have had some people saying it’s lazy and they would rather I make more of an effort to book time with them. I don’t agree with them 🙂
