Overall Satisfaction with CallRail
We use CallRail to monitor not only the frequency of phone calls and to which community, but it is also used in training and development, to make sure we are asking the right questions, assessing our clients needs, and getting them in front off the correct people. We use it on a daily basis.
Pros
- Record conversations
- Show the number of times a particular person has called
- Show trends with frequency of phone calls and length to a certain number
Cons
- I think the workflow set up is difficult to use
- When lines are forwarded sometimes it cuts off

- I can work with my team on being better communicators and asking questions to engage our prospects
- I can see what communities may need more love and/or signage due to lack of phone calls
