Overall Satisfaction with Canto
We are using Canto across the entire company, but mostly by the Marketing Department to organize and share photos, videos, etc. It allows our marketing team to have access to approved art as well as find the perfect photo to use for any purpose. It also gives the entire company an easy way to find photos and videos. One the best applications is that we have created a branding style guide with logos and guidelines for fonts, etc. Never again will we have to respond to an email request to "send me our logo."
- The photo tagging especially while uploading in batches is very useful.
- Uploading assets in folders or batches is made very easy.
- The ability to create public and private portals where team members, the entire company or specific vendors can search, access and download assets.
- The templates such as brand and style guides make universal adoption easy.
- The facial recognition is not very advanced and keeps asking for better images even on high resolution.
- An organized way to share assets across internal and external team.
- Time savings from reducing constant assets requests.
