Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use Canto as a master photo library within the organization and share photos internally and with contractors.
  • Search function works well.
  • Tagging abilities are extensive.
  • Flexibility to download in multiple sizes/formats.
  • It is a bit clunky to share photos with outside people. It could be easier to create an album or link.
  • It's much easier/quicker to find the type of photo we're looking for, which saves a ton of time looking through thousands of photos.
  • Time saved by sharing links internally and externally to approve/select photos for marketing materials.
I have not interacted with customer support in particular, only the sales team, and have had great interactions.

Yes

Canto works great as a marketing library of photos and videos. I could see it as a great photo-sharing platform, too, as I know there is some customizability that we don't utilize as much, as we have a different method of sharing photos with customers in particular.
