Overall Satisfaction with Canvas
We use Canvas to manage and run all of our online courses and programs. This product is used by instructors, students, and staff to facilitate, manage, and participate in our various courses. Our courses take place entirely within Canvas, so we are very heavy users and did much research before selecting this product.
- Canvas is always changing and adapting.
- Canvas cares about their customers.
- Canvas is easy to use, from the student, instructor, and staff perspective.
- Canvas sits ahead of the pack in terms of LMSs, but, if they were to challenge themselves to push themselves further than the standard offerings of an LMS, they could truly shine.
- Canvas sometimes dumbs down some features for the student side, which can make it frustrating to not be able to complete some simple tasks.
- Discussion boards would benefit from being more customizable.
- Increased course build efficiency.
- Nearly constant up-time.
- Responsive customer service.
Canvas is the best in the LMS game right now simply because of their responsiveness, ease of use, and willingness to adapt and change.
