Improving large, existing processes and identifying bottlenecks, as well as gaining insights into these processes. Business cases involve well-known process mining processes like a quote to cash indirect procurement and direct procurement, etc.

Best suited for large processes that are well registered in systems, so that data preparation is less time-consuming. Less suited for smaller processes sine the time investment can still be substantial and rewards are then out of proportion low.
