Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use the entire offering. WFM, payroll, comp, performance. Comp and performance are still in implementation and we have been live on HCM, payroll since July 2018
- Employee portal is user friendly. We get great feedback from employees on ease of forms.
- From a payroll perspective the ability to have preview variance is invaluable.
- The ease of off cycle processing. This is very good since qe are in immediate pay states.
- Implementation. We found ourselves managing Ceridian implementation team. Data loads were inadequate and as a customer I would expect Ceridian to review their work.
- Too many bugs. The notifications are nearly impossible to keep up with.
- System performance.
- We have many manual processes and/or work arounds. Not sure if this is due to a poor implementation or the product.
- We have reduced external imports and paperwork.
- 1st year on product. Finding many fails from implementation configuration.
We have found the assignment if taxes automatically is for the most part accurate. We have had 2 issues if incorrect taxes. Not sure if this is BSI or Dayforce.
This is handled by our HR department.
