Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is used across the whole organization from entering new hires, open enrollment, payroll self service for employees to update direct deposit and W4s.
  • Open enrollment - easy to set up and enroll and great audit reports
  • Entering new hires is easy and pay change form is easy
  • I don’t deal with payroll side but love that when you enter benefits it flows to payroll and reports are easy to use to audit
  • Writing reports is so easy to edit and find topics.
  • Self service for manager easier way to have employees not see others in the same dept.
  • I have trouble following the guides sometime says you need to look at pages to find answers and there needs to be a search hard to find guides
  • Increase efficiency in payroll we were in house so help on taxes updates and auditing over payment
Help with ACA keeping up with tax changes.
Love it you don’t have to worry about not getting deductions taken out.
Cobra should be automatic
