Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We are using Ceridian Dayforce company-wide. We just started using Dayforce for our UK payroll. We are using the systems of time and attendance, benefits, payroll, recruiting, soon onboarding, hr, reporting, as well as many more areas.
- The reporting tool is great. I am able to run and create reports and pull data in all areas of the system.
- Setting up benefit plans is very user-friendly. Also when creating the benefits forms it is very easy and user-friendly.
- The customer support needs more improvement. When I put tickets in it takes a long time to get someone assigned.
- Employees are very happy with self service
BY allowing employees to use self-service for their tax and direct deposit forms it helps us make fewer data entry errors.
