Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is going to be used across the organization with Manager and Employee self-service, workflows in performance management and hopefully with a lot of training the compensation management.
  • Puts HCM in the hands of employees and Managers to make informed decisions.
  • They have been around for a while and typically score as one of the top HCM software companies.
  • They listen to their customers in providing a better tool.
  • Support can sometimes be difficult to receive.
  • When moving from the legacy product, HPL, not all of our history was being brought over.
  • As we have started implementation we are getting a lot of 'no's to our requests for help on the legacy product.
  • This will move us away from paper and save time in tracking down signatures and documentation.
It sends off new hire reporting automatically each payroll.
It allows users to only have to to one spot versus multiple websites.
We still have multiple products because we have separate products for time and attendance, LMS and ATS but all these products work well with Ceridian.
Its mobile app puts the information in the palm of your employees hand.
