Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is used for payroll across our entire organization. It is used in conjunction with WFM. It addresses our issue of multiple locations being on the same integrated system.
  • Alerts you to errors prior to processing.
  • Allows control of system configuration.
  • Provides real-time calculations.
  • The HCM processing transacting processing time needs to be faster.
  • Needs more layout continuity of among screens.
  • Support module is too cumbersome.
  • Definitely reduced reliance on paper
  • Reduced manual imports from excel spreadsheets
  • Reduced time spent processing payroll
[Ceridian Dayforce helps enable compliance in the following ways:]
  • Special pays (restricted stock, employee stock plan, deferred stock, etc)
  • Taxes: we are in many states, several with locals
  • Tax service pays and files taxes on time.
  • Easily process amendments.
  • Automatic compliance notifications and updates are invaluable.
We use schedules for our many warehouse locations that are 24 hour operations. It saves time for the managers and the employees can see/check schedules in Dayforce.
The greatest impact has been in the area of productivity. No more loading time files into a payroll system. The reporting is much easier since all th information is in one system.
Well suited for organizations with multiple locations and/or multiple companies with different Federal IDs. Not suited for really small organizations with simple payrolls.
