Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are using Dayforce HCM for payroll, benefits, time and attendance, on boarding, records management and looking into learning as well. For payroll, benefits, records management it addresses payroll and HR. For time and attendance as well as the HR profile it addresses all employees The biggest business problems we face are two things… One is the program is always changing and evolving (in a good way) and second is it’s tough to train all of the employees across the country on how to use Dayforce on their end. Overall though, it’s always an internal company issue and not usually a Dayforce issue.
  • Payroll compliance and continuous calculation. I have a Haverhill professional I am never worried about different tax laws and regulations as Dayforce takes care of it all.
  • Customer support. They are always happy, helpful and knowledgeable people easily accessible for all Ceridian customers. They also have an ideas portal where it allows other customers to share experiences and help each other out.
  • Intuitive program. For me, I feel like the system is very intuitive and I do not have a hard time navigating through anything at all. I have also heard the the same feedback.
  • The picture option with in the Dayforce profile Never works for us… It would be nice for that to work out as we have tried many different ways and different kinds of pictures, and they all still look distorted.
  • I would like to do all my administrative tasks within an iPad however some options aren’t available. I do believe they will be coming out with options for iPad soon which will be very helpful.

As stated earlier in the review this is my absolute favourite thing about Dayforce. I am always confident that all the laws have been met and compliance is good. I never worry about any errors in this regard.
We absolutely love the fact that all of these components are in one application and we are not filtering through different applications . Our company loves the idea of a one stop shop.
Dayforce is the absolute best HCM program that I have ever used with in my career. It makes things so easy and lets me do things down to the wire without worrying about late or errors on pay. Dayforce works in real time with continuous calculations making everything so easy.
As a payroll professional, the biggest thing for me is the fact that all legislative compliance has been taken care of for me, as well as all of the continuous calculations. What this means is that if there are any changes within a pay period on an HR profile, Dayforce will take care of all the calculations for me.
