Time & Expenses. We would use this product to keep track of our employee's time and expenses for individual projects. Identifying time as billable and non-billable for different clients.

The Replicon platform was great for us when our customer base was small, we weren't a large company, and didn't have complex projects. As we grew, it was hard for Replicon to keep up, it seemed as if the platform would crash a lot. Replicon was great for us for our business until we experienced rapid growth. We needed more functionality, direct data access, and a wider range of project features that allowed us to track different types of metrics, such as unit-based pricing. We didn't feel the solutions that were offered to us met our needs.

Replicon TimeAttend is being used across the entire organization. Corporate handles all updates and any issues that may arise while users operate the program.
  • It is very user-friendly. From a user aspect, it is hard to mess up any entries.
  • It is flexible, so it allows users to go back and adjust any issues before submitting timecards for approval.
  • It is easy for managers to approve and add comments once the time card has been submitted.
  • I think that the backend setup could be a bit more user-friendly. It can be a very manual process to add employees in.
  • If there could be a an easier way to mass import a group of employees with the same set up, that would be amazing.
This program is an easy program to roll out to employees as it is very user friendly. If you are a larger company, this will definitely eliminate questions or concern from employees who fear they may not be able to use the program.
  • Time - often we have to enlist the help of other departments to go through and make changes to employees profiles once they are loaded.
  • The program as worked well with our HRIS system.

TimeAttend is used by my entire organization to track our bi-weekly attendance and leave for payroll purposes.
  • The system is fairly straightforward and easy to use.
  • The mobile app is a nice benefit that makes my life easier.
  • The process for adding my hours for the week has a few more steps than other systems I've used.
The system works well for companies that need to track specific hourly attendance but is not as intuitive as other systems I've used.
  • Overall it does what we need it to do.
Having used ADP in the past I think ADP is a little easier to use from the employee's perspective but they are relatively similar otherwise.
