Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Alliant uses the Ceridian Dayforce WFM product across our whole organization. This product addressed our time & attendance issues.
- Ceridian Dayforce's team members listen to their clients needs and helps them find solutions.
- Customer support can use some improvement. May mean needing to hire more support staff as their client base grows.
- Using Dayforce has saved Alliant by cutting the cost of manual labor for employees completing timesheets, manager approvals and for Payroll not having to manually data enter time. All is automatic!
Helps us with the various state labor regulations and overtime rules.
Unfortunately we do not use the complete HCM package, only their WFM product
I wish we had an all in one solution, not at this time
