Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is being used company-wide for about 300 locations across 12 states. We currently have roughly 1000 employees and we use payroll, benefits, WFM, and HR modules. With our prior software, our processes were not as efficient and streamlined as we wanted them to be. Dayforce allowed us to create a platform that is solving these issues as well as provide much needed transparency for our employees.

  • Self-service capability has allowed support staff to spend less time processing transactional tasks
Dayforce has allowed organization to automate ACA process and many other year-end tasks. Employees can now retrieve year-end tax forms online and this saves us money since we do not have to process huge mailout. In addition, we have starting tracking safety incidents and are able to run OSHA report as needed.
The Dayforce application has been an integral part in providing users quick access to numerous aspects of their employee records. They have quick access to their benefits, TAFW, schedules which allows for more transparency on the employee level. We are working on implementing recruiting module in 2021 which will make this an even more well rounded experience for all.
It is really nice to have all the various modules available under a single application. This has allowed our organization to rollout to all of our employees and streamline process throughout all levels of employees. We continue to tweak/customize our options knowing that DF is robust application that is continually working on a better experience for the customer.
