Dayforce is being used by the whole company. It helps better our HR system.

Dayforce has automated compliance with laws and has many automated policies.
Scheduling and compensation have improved with easier workflows and lots of automation tools to help schedule faster and make payroll easier.
Having everything in a single application makes things a lot easier and faster than using a separate application for different workflows. This promotes less stress and easier workflows.

Dayforce is good for big companies, but not as well suited for smaller companies.
