Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are using it for the whole organization for payroll, human resources, reporting, scheduling, and recruiting. It is helping us with auditing our data and processes, as well as allowing us to have better access to our data.
  • Simple reporting system makes it easy to look at pattens
  • Payroll processing has been simplified with easy ways to import data into the system
  • Having data from multiple modules in one system is very helpful when auditing
  • Streamlining the custom report process would be very helpful
  • Reporting can be done within minutes instead of taking days.
Reporting for healthcare eligibility has improved from our previous system. We are also able to create reports to ensure we are complying with our union contract.
The ability to report on all of this information allows us to easily do analyses on all of our data. This helped during our budgeting process this year when trying to determine the impact of minimum wage increase.
Using a system that has all of the employee data combined into one system has made reporting very simple. We are able to pull fields together to gather the data we need in a matter of minutes.
Dayforce works well for most payroll functions and makes the processing simple compared to our old system. The scheduling system would work better if there way more flexibility.
