Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce across the entire organization. We use the scheduling, employee records, hiring, benefits, timesheets, HR, people, messages. It is our employee portal in a way, where employees go to submit PTO, update their information, check their hours, paychecks, HR can check employees records, pay, hours, managers can approve timesheets, do benefit enrollment.

It is so helpful with compliance when it comes to benefit enrollment. now everyone who is benefit eligible can login to their portal and complete their options online. previously we had everyone fill out a paper form and turn it into their human resources and then they would have to scan them into our corporate office. no more!
I really enjoy having one platform that can perform all functions if we so choose to use them. the scheduling application in Ceridian Dayforce has been a wonderful addition to our organization. We are able to input schedules and open shifts weeks in advance and employees can pick up shifts that they are interested in working. It has helped tremendously filling shifts and improving our scheduling.
We have used API in the past for scheduling, timesheets, pay cards, etc. It was an older system and we needed to upgrade. We use iCIMS for our preboard and ATS system right now. It would be great to have all systems in Dayforce but the ATS system was not ready for the amount of sourcing we do on a regular basis in our ATS system with email campaigns.
