Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is a program we use across our whole organization. Over the past 8 years it has overwhelmingly decreased our overall payroll/HR and Talent Acquisition needs by implementing new and improved techniques that have been customized to our every need.
  • Ceridian allows for pretty much any report to the customized to the properties you/company specially need to have set.
  • Ceridian allows for multiple locations under 1 employee code.
  • Ceridian also has implemented a fast track pay account.
  • Unfortunately they do have extra "clicks" in order to get to the end results
  • There are several add ons in place but some are pretty much the same thing.
  • Reduced financial costs with outside parties
  • Increased recruitment
Enabling all of the compliance portions of HR/Payroll, we enrolled into their features that takes care of that for us!
We are still working on a better way of implementing this into our hiring and scheduling piece but for the compensation portion it has had a positive impact.
A cut down of wasted time having multiple log ins and not always communicating correctly with multiple 3 party systems.
[Ceridian Dayforce is] well versed and rounded when it comes to education opportunities. There should be no reason not to know something specific since they are always learning videos, a week long conference in several different areas of the world and they have support team members on stand by at all times.
