Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We utilize [Ceridian] Dayforce as our core HRIS system. We are currently live with Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. This platform gives us a single source for all our data. Our employees love that they now have easy access to their personal information and can update it from any where they have internet access.

The system does a great job at automatically updating our local and state taxes when an employee changes their address or when we update their work location. The system also helps us be proactive by tracking employee policy acknowledgements and certification expiration dates which is required for our organizations accreditation.
We really haven't seen a benefit in decision support compared to our other application but are working on this feature now. We are excited for the new release that is expected to enable access to our data from tools like Microsoft BI and Tableau. This feature should make reporting much quicker and provide us with an easier means to access our data.
This product is great since it is a single platform which makes it a great user experience for our employees. They love having the one stop shop and the fact that we have less passwords to remember. We have reviewed the performance management aspect of the system and it really does not fit our current practice. Before we can implement it we will have to revamp our entire process.
