Overall Satisfaction with Chatter
Chatter is used to track changes within the CRM system.
- Shows what changes have been made.
- Allows connections with new employees.
- Constantly updates which can clog up the system.
- It's not used a lot in my department, but other departments certainly use it to keep up.
