Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com
I use Checkout.com for my e-commerce. I have not had any significant issues. They provide good service and they always work improving their services. e.g. They introduced for the merchant sale not to be directed outside the website, which was a very good thing for the consumer to trust our brand more reliably
Pros
- high security measures
- good portal system to see our payments and settlements
- good IT support
- helpful and friendly when you need assistance
Cons
- The response of their support is slow. It should be faster, especially if you have technical issue that needs to be resolved
- Checkout.com connected me to some third parties to help me elevate my business such Tamara (pay by installment system)
