  • The reporting around fees charged
  • The inability to get fees for a particular transaction till 10-15 minutes after it has happened. We cannot show the exact fees to our customer.
  • The excel report of the checkout.com fees is rather crazy and has two different lines for certain fees as well as too many columns. There must be a simpler excel breakdown possible for those who don't want all the details.

  • Checkout.com is the only provider proactively proposing solutions to optimize our routing strategy to increase conversion rates and reduce costs for more than ten years.
  • They have extreme expertise in the area of payments that is not so obvious.
  • Regarding IA, the report did not contain much data at the beginning, but they worked on it. This is excellent!
