Overall Satisfaction with is being used to record interviews we hold with potential summer employers. It is used by the largest department in our company. The recordings helps us review what an applicant said and provide coaching to the interviewers. It also helps us legally to have a recording of what was said in case a review is needed.

  • Integrating seamlessly with calls
  • Clean user interface which makes it nice to use daily
  • Trackers allow for custom coaching
  • It would be nice to not have it automatically join calls by default.
  • Easier coaching of our team
  • Sharing clips makes it easier to highlight A players
  • Allows us to hire better staff
We use scorecards for coaching our team, and it works well. It allows us to keep analytics on how and where our team members are improving. We also use trackers to gain insights into how interviewees are responding to our process.
Recording and coaching sales calls, this is the context that it's built for. We use it for interviews, but it could also be used for customer service.
