The Cisco Aironet [2800 Series] Access Points are deployed across the whole school district, in approximately 70 sites. Pros

- Very little maintenance issues
- Stable firmware
Cons
- The mounting brackets

- They have allowed students to use laptops and iPads to complete class assignments.
- They have helped improve communication between individuals. An example is a technician in a building needing to communicate by their phone to another individual in another building and this is done over the wireless since there is no cell phone service in parts of most buildings.
- Have been good for employees to get emails or do work in the field away from their home building.
