During Covid, we were at home and we needed something to get less distracted from the things that going on around us at home. That's when Cisco Headsets were distributed by the company, and they were life savers. Furthermore, after Covid, when we all got back to the office and were sitting next to each other, that's when the noise cancellation feature was instrumental.

I think it would be fair to say that opening up the package, getting everything together, and trying to connect it via computer all work fine to the point where you have to make sure the Bluetooth connection on your company computer is allowing an external connection. Also, sometimes, we need to switch from company phones to company laptops so we have to switch the device it is connecting to.

I definitely think that this headset blocked all the outside noise, which was minimal when we had to work from home. Furthermore, when were allowed to go out, let's say when I tried to work in a local coffee shop, the external noise was a lot worse with traffic, cars, other people, etc. However, I must say I could perfectly hear what was being said in the meeting, and to the best of the tool's ability, I was able to convey my message to the other party and they could hear me.

A perfect example is when we were trying to balance our audio quality or trying to change the audio settings from Standard Mode to Voice Isolation and wide spectrum. I believe trying to hop on and off between these three types of settings has never been made so easy before Cisco's great app and Cisco Headsets.
