Cisco Headset 300 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

We use Cisco 300 series Headsets in our company mostly for client calls and meetings and technical support. It is the basic model, but that doesn't mean it lacks of required features. It is durable with great sound quality. Even when we are sitting close to each other, there is no problem in calls due to its noise reduction feature.

Cisco Headsets are easy to use. There is no specific training or manual required to use the device. You just plug it into your device and in a few moments it is ready to use. We never faced any problem in detection of the headset in Webex or Google Meet.
After using Cisco Headsets the in-call time has significantly reduced as the call quality has improved and the customer satisfaction level increased. You will never have to compromise on sound quality while using Cisco Headsets.
We don't use any mobile app for customization as we use the basic Cisco 300 series Headsets.
