Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
We have a call center that is based in the country and all our agents use Cisco WebEx CC for the software part of things. And to make the calls we use Cisco headsets.
- It's lightweight.
- It seems durable
- Calls are audible for both the customer and the agent.
- We'd like a little bit of background noise filtering so the agents and the customers can hear the calls a bit better.
- Some sort of acoustic shock protection so that loud noises don't end up in injuries for our staff.
- Active noise cancellation.
- It allows us to operate our call center properly, so I guess that's our biggest thing. And our call center is more than 50% of our employees, so it's great.
I can agree that it's easy to use and set up.
When it works, it's really, really good. But like I said, if people are sitting right next to each other and using these headsets, background noise can be heard, so it gets affected a little bit.
We actually didn't know that was possible. I still don't. Didn't know that was possible. I don't think we benefited from it and we've suffered because of that. So yeah, it's not well advertised.
We selected Cisco headsets because of our long-term existing partnership with Cisco, something we value. But that being said, there are competitor headsets that I've seen at the same price that offer far more functionality, which I guess could be improved in the Cisco headsets.
