Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

We use Cisco Headsets in our sales team for a seamless calling experience for our sales closers in parallel with CUCM and Dialpad.ai for monitoring, transcribing and delivering on our sales closing needs.

Pros

  • Edge device connectivity with UCC platform which allows us to monitor track prioritize and deliver on our sales closing goals in unified fashion along with call routing software
  • Quality of audio and noise cancellation which allows us to operate in 24x7 fashion from all locations around the world

Cons

  • Usability issues in the Music Player UI
  • Cisco Headsets has allowed us to 2X our sales effort productivity by dollar per hour of sales effort
  • Cisco Headsets has allowed us to increase our impact of conversations on opportunities ratio measured by length of talk time to fresh opportunities
  • Cisco Headsets has allowed us to increase our sales chatbot success rate as measured by computer vs human response by 15%
My team and I have benefited from the ease of usability and activation of Cisco Headsets. In parallel, we have benefited from the integration between Cisco Headsets and our Cisco UCC Platform and the edge network.
Our meeting call quality is crisper and has led to longer and more productive conversations across the board.
My team and I are benefiting from the customization and manageability from the mobile app, but we wish the Music Player UI would be fixed for better usability.
Cisco Headsets provides us a solution which is closer to the network edge for us, allowing us to manage our conversations at the edge. We selected Cisco over Polycom because of our deeper network integration with our unified communications platform to allow us to run our converged voice video and messaging network.

Cisco Headsets is well-suited for a distributed outside sales workforce that requires constant connectivity with a UC Communication Platform that is integrated with a call routing solution. It is less appropriate in a P2P communication network and is better suited in edge endpoint applications.
