Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
We use Cisco Headsets within our Call Centres at Aussie Broadband. Since we physical phones also from Cisco, the USB compability allows connection to any device you would need to use a headset on.
Pros
- Great noise cancelling
- Good microphone
- Well built together
Cons
- Noise filtering - struggles with high loud pitched sounds
- Can be uncomfortable after wearing for long periods of time
- Less other headsets required, 1 headset for everything
- More room in inventory for other items
Definitely agree with the sentiment where they are user friendly and simple setup. Simply plug and play.
Like previously mentioned, being in a loud call centre environment, it can be hard to hear any incoming audio. The noise cancelling makes the incoming audio clear and concise.
We use primarily wired headsets connected to Cisco phones, we haven't experimented with this manageability.
They work best with the other equipment and software that we use.
