Overall Satisfaction with Cisco HyperFlex

My Organization uses Cisco HyperFlex to integrate VM and storage resources. We also provide backup. Cisco HyperFlex has a feature to monitor performance and it is easy to capture the data. Efficiency and performance when we make a backup and restore using a minimum time for RTO/RPO. Easy for configuring and managing security.

We still using Intersight to make a deployment process. After installing on rack, everything is easy to configure and monitor. when moving some storage from other sites it doesn't use so much time depending on size of the storage. It doesn't get any error when we move from 1 site to the other site.
Before this, if we used backup it would take much more time to restore back depending on size of the storage. We must check for the error if a link is missing when using other backup and restore appliances. After using Cisco HyperFlex, it provides less time to make a backup and restore from DC to DRC or vice versa.
Yes. My organization uses both Cisco HyperFlex with Cisco Intersight. When we use a Cisco environment, it also provides a dashboard for all assets and we can monitor the performance. If something happens it's easy to get a notification of error and easy to manage also to provide more information to give to helpdesk.
I never contacted Cisco support for any problem. I cannot skip this question. It provides good hardware for my organization to using this product. All the updates will be made promptly. Anything happen we just need to open a ticket to the helpdesk team. We can get new info from a team in Malaysia.

Easy to use and enable centralized management. It also provides reporting, compliance tracking, and auditing capabilities easy to monitor. When using for Disaster Recovery, using minimum space with a minimum of time. Many agencies are satisfied with the ability to perform backup and restore so it will meet RPO/RTO for certain agencies.
