Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We use Cisco Jabber as an internal chat system as well as to host internal video meetings. I also utilize the jabber app on my phone. It is the system our incoming calls can be routed through as well if we chose to answer via computer vs from the desk phone.

- The app doesn't allow for you to call into meetings.
- Don't like how the app doesn't sync with the desktop version so you lose all your chats if you go back and forth.
- Don't like how you can't invite people outside of the organization into a video conference as you can on zoom or lifesize or teams.
- We're a very large organization so I really have no idea. That's very much outside the scope of my job.
I have been at two different banks in the past 6 years and both have used jabber so I don't have a good comparison. Prior to that, I was at a credit union that used their own internal software for chat and it was pre covid so nobody really had video collaboration at the time so Cisco Jabber is really all I know.
